Background:
Our background questions were:
How would you describe the walking gait of the subject?
What quantities would you gather?
Symmetry, variability, and dynamic?
How could an accelerometer be used?

Reflection:
This project was measuring data of a partner's steps. We downloaded an app to measure our steps, and attached the phone using the app to the mid-section area. We were not given any target time or distance to walk, so each group had different sets of data that were mostly unable to be compared. Groups walked different distances, had test subjects with different heights, and some teams used different apps to record data. We shared our data with the class, and were able to help each other transfer our data from our app to the google sheets document. The google document made it easy to access the information, but since the data was so different we were unable to compare data. Having certain variables that are the same for everyone would help the experiment be more conclusive in the future.
